Malaysia Shipping Information

West Malaysia: A flat rate of RM10 will be charged for all shipping within West Malaysia.

East Malaysia: Shipping charges will be based on chargeable weight, calculated at RM15/kg.

Louis Bak Kua will provide Free Shipping according to the promotion that will be stated in the website.

What is Chargeable Weight?

Chargeable weight is calculated as the greater of either the Actual Weight or Volumetric/Dimensional Weight of the package.

Shipping Timelines:

In-Stock Items: Orders usually ship within 5 days of placement. Make sure to verify your shipping address upon checkout; we are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.

West Malaysia: Please allow 3-5 working days for ground shipping. Note that delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

East Malaysia: Please allow 7-14 working days for shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

International Shipping Information

Currently we do not provide shipping service out of Malaysia

Custom Delays:

There is a possibility that your package may experience delays due to customs clearance. These delays are beyond our control. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your package may be delayed for this reason.

Additional Information:

Louis Bak Kua reserves the right to request additional fees for large shipments or to cancel the order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
